Slaying the spam-bots
Well, hopefully… I have to thank Michael Hampton and Dr. Dave for their highly-touted plug-ins (Bad Behavior and Spam Karma 2, respectively). And a thanks to Matt, as well, for referring me to those two spam-slaying solutions. The early signs are promising, as I’d been seeing an annoying uptick in comment and trackback spam over the last couple weeks, and so far, for the first day and change with the new plug-ins it’s been clear.
