Judicial retention not such a shoe-in after all
Though it looks to be decided pretty soon. The local ABC website has a page showing updated results. With 93% of the vote in, Newman looks to be in, while Nigro remains too close to call.

UPDATE: Newman stays by the skin of her teeth, while Nigro falls—the first PA Supreme to lose a retention vote. The grass-roots make a little history in business-as-usual Pennsylvania. Hopefully that will embolden others who would get involved but needed to see that it could work.
